At Rieusset, a GEROSA group company, we believe that the values that define sport –effort, discipline, self-improvement, and teamwork– are the same values that guide our day-to-day work as a company. That is why we are delighted to announce that we are renewing our sponsorship of the Santa Perpètua Rhythmic Gymnastics Club, a project with which we share a vision, commitment, and firm belief in equal opportunities.
Three years of growing together
Since the beginning of this collaboration, the club has experienced significant growth, strengthening its technical structure, management capacity, and visibility as a local leader in rhythmic gymnastics.
Thanks to Riesusset’s support, the Club has been able to:
1. Expand its team
● Incorporating qualified coaches and instructors, many of whom are former gymnasts, for school groups and beginners.
● Relying on a support person in marketing, communication, and internal management.
● Conducting sports psychology sessions focused on the well-being of gymnasts and group cohesion.
2. Improve its material resources
● Purchasing an official competition mat.
● Renewing the uniforms of all gymnasts, incorporating the Gerosa logo.
● Ensuring the annual supply of the club’s own sports equipment.
● Automating internal management.
3. Promote training and competition
● Processing national and international licenses.
● Providing ongoing training for coaches.
● Increasing the number of gymnasts and bringing in new talent.
Results that substantiate joint efforts
Over the past three years, the Santa Perpètua Rhythmic Gymnastics Club has achieved results that reflect the quality of its work and the passion of its team:
● Laura Fijo – Catalan champion, Cadet B School category.
● Youth Base Team – Catalan champions in the Base Cup and classified in the Spanish Base Cup (17th of 72 teams). They will soon represent Catalonia in the EuskalGym international trophy in Bilbao.
● Ainara García – Catalan champion, Catalan Senior Cup 2007 Level V.
● Laia Morales – Catalan Subchampion, Catalan Senior Cup 2008 Level V.
● Senior Team Level IV – Catalan champions, Catalan Spring Cup.
These achievements are the result of the gymnasts’ constant effort, the technical team’s commitment, and the support of their families, who are the heart of the club.
Promotion and visibility of the sponsorship
The promotion of the sponsorship with Rieusset has been based on quality and continuity rather than quantity, consolidating a solid and sustainable relationship.
Among the actions carried out, the following stand out:
● Presence of the Gerosa logo on uniforms, social media, press releases, posters, and stands.
● Public dissemination of the collaboration on radio, in the local press, and in newsletters.
● Active participation in club events and on social media.
● Creation of the Gerosa Special Award for the most innovative exercise.
● Installation of banners and roll-ups at court entrances and competitions.
Noteworthy actions
● Organization of the I Gerosa Santa Perpètua Trophy, a landmark event in the regional calendar.
● Masterclasses with elite gymnasts such as Natàlia García and Melitina Staniouta, who have motivated and inspired young athletes.
Goals achieved
● Increased visibility for the club and Rieusset in the media and social networks.
● Monthly participation in radio programs and the local press.
● Improved sporting results and institutional recognition.
● Reinforcement of Rieusset’s image as a company committed to the community and gender equality.
● Greater emotional connection between the club, gymnasts, and sponsor.
Assessment of the collaboration
Edurne Navarro, technical director and founder of the club, shared some words that fill us with pride:
“Firstly, we would like to thank Rieusset and the Gerosa Group once again for their support and accompaniment over the years. For us, it is essential to have companies that value, accompany, and support women’s sports. Rieusset has demonstrated that it shares values that clearly identify with ours: equality, discipline, courage, effort, and results orientation.
They have been present throughout our evolution, not only through financial support, but also through the personal involvement of their management team: guided tours of the plant, messages of encouragement and congratulations, motivational talks, and collaboration in events.”
These words reflect a shared vision. At Rieusset, we see this collaboration as an extension of our group policy, committed to gender equality and the promotion of female talent in all areas, including sports. Supporting a sport such as rhythmic gymnastics means supporting a space where women are protagonists, role models, and examples of effort and achievement.
Sponsoring the Santa Perpètua Rhythmic Gymnastics Club therefore represents a real commitment to visibility and opportunities for women, in line with our social commitment and the values we share with the club: equality, discipline, and commitment to the community.
At Rieusset, we will continue to accompany the Santa Perpètua Rhythmic Gymnastics Club in its evolution, celebrating each achievement and supporting the people who make this project possible. Because we believe that progress is built on dedication, passion, and teamwork.
