Our purpose is to achieve a more sustainable, safe and healthy future. How do we want to achieve it? Working from four strategic objectives: environmental sustainability, social sustainability, innovation and industry 4.0.
1. Environmental sustainability
To improve our overall sustainability, we work to meet the sustainable development goals (SDG) and, in the case of environmental sustainability, we focus on reducing our carbon footprint. To do this, we carry out actions and apply constant improvements that demonstrate our commitment in the fight against climate change.
2. Social sustainability
We constantly improve our social sustainability through a multitude of activities, especially the plans for equality, for the integration of groups at risk of social exclusion (immigrants, single-parent families, people with disabilities, etc.) or the healthy company program dedicated to improving the health, safety and well-being of all employees.
3. Innovation and industry 4.0
Innovation is in our DNA and in recent years, the transition to industry 4.0 has become one of our priorities.
We are tackling digitalization and technological and process innovation to improve work ergonomics, the technological quality of our products, and to become a more efficient, competitive and sustainable company.
As a company we have a specific way of understanding the world and working that is governed by our values; those that mark our behavior and our actions are: respect, integrity, honesty, commitment, social responsibility, innovation, customer satisfaction and well-being.
Ultimately, at Rieusset our aim is that our productive activity –the printing of labels and flexible packaging– apart from being efficient, leaves a positive trail in the environment and in all parties involved.
Proof of this is the annual publication of the Gerosa Group’s Sustainability Report, which attests to our commitment and manifests the integration of sustainability into our corporate strategy.
